This app was formerly known as Basic Photo Viewer, and is still simple to use but is no longer quite so basic! This is possibly the best photo viewer app I've encountered and I'm keeping it!
I'm working in the photography industry and believe me, I've tried a lot of photo viewers, but all of them pale to this one. Not saying all of them were bad, but they weren't complete.
There's always something missing that you wish they could have. It's fast, way better than the stock Photos app, knows color calibration, you can change the settings to however you want. Microsoft 10 really screwed up their user interface. This program is perfect for what I use it for: Rapid sorting and deleting of photos. Every other app or program I have ever used for this type of function has always forced a confirmation when deleting. This makes creating a "best pics selection" i. It was great. Basic photo Viewer is all that and more. Plus it does not have the large top and bottom control panels giving you more picture real estate on your screen. I can't believe it took me this long to find it. Great job. Super Fast and customizable. I just started using this because Photos was using up all my 16 RAM of memory somehow if left running for any amount of time with about 6 pictures displayed and I have no issues with performance with this, so I love it.
